A year ago, a coupon came in the mall for your office. I made an appointment for a free consultation with your associate, Dr. Hanookai. She was superb – warm, friendly, knowledgeable, but most of all, honest. I asked her about getting veneers. With her usual mix of candor, humor, and dedication to her work, she laughed. What? Veneers would just eventually reveal the gap between them and the continual recession of the gum line! She insisted that we must make the gums HEALTHY FIRST, then consider anything cosmetic, not vice versa. Several months and four gum surgeries later, my gums are healthy and no longer receding. I no longer experience any sensitivity to cold or heat as I’ve always had.
Finally, I was able to consider further needed dental work, as well as the possibility of cosmetic procedures. You and Dr. Hanookai, in your close working relationship, discussed my priorities. First, my lower left gum line had cavities that must be filled. They were right at the gum line where it had receded over the years. A tricky area because you would have to fill the cavities with a composite that matched the other teeth, but not go under the gum line. Otherwise, it would have damaged the gum surgery performed by Dr. Hanookai. With your magic touch – no pain – with needles, drillings or fillings – you completed the work. It is beautiful.
Secondly, I splurged on one set of veneers – a pair of front top teeth that were extremely small, compromising my smile. At no time did you ever pressure me to purchase a full set of veneers, however much I wanted to. You honored my budget and priority of needs.
The process of getting veneers was one of complete perfection on your part. You wouldn’t accept anything less. Because of your expertise, ability, and knowledge, you completely accomplished your work with absolute precision and flawlessness – - mod, BEST lab, veneer color match and attachment of the veneers. The final result was impeccable. The veneers are indistinguishable from my other teeth. My smile is completely natural and more faultless. Your humor, delight in life and your work, joyfulness and compassion, impart complete confidence, calmness and comfort to me.
You too, runneth over with undying enthusiasm, energy and spirit, kindled by your true passion for your work. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found you – through a coupon no less. As I am able, I look forward to completing my veneers on the front top teeth with you. I would never go to anything else again.

Wow, I can’t believe how much better the procedure went under sedation. As a Doctor of Chiropratic I believe in medication as a last resort, however in this case it made a necessary surgical procedure seem quick, easy, and best of all – pain free! I had been wanting Invisalign for a while and so I “shopped” around. Not only was this the only place that worked with me on what I wanted to accomplish but they also worked with my budget.
